Community Invited to Early Childhood Resource Launch and Regional Action Plan Update

Birth to Five Illinois: Region 47 and the Sauk Valley STARS Early Childhood Coalition invite community members to a regional meeting focused on early childhood development efforts across Ogle, Whiteside, and Lee Counties.

The open-house style event, hosted by Discover Dixon, will highlight the region’s completed Action Plan and introduce two major initiatives: the launch of the O.W.L. Early Childhood Resource Hub and the Child Care Toolkit.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about these new resources, receive early childhood updates, and engage with future initiatives impacting local families and caregivers. Brief presentations will take place at 12:15 p.m. and 1:00 p.m., with time for questions and community networking throughout the event.

The event is free and open to the public. Registration is encouraged.
