Farden is the Regional Council Manager for Region 53 serving Tazewell, Mason, and Woodford Counties. Clark is the Regional Council Manager for Region 48 which serves Peoria County.

Farden and Clark discussed Birth to Five Illinois’s ongoing study featuring surveys. focus groups, and more to help collect information in an effort to amplify family voices in Mason, Tazewell, Woodford, and Peoria Counties.
