Birth to Five Illinois: Region 51 (Menard & Sangamon Counties) Council Manager, Ashley Earles, was interviewed at a local Community Resource Fair. She shares how one of the findings in the Region 51 Early Childhood Regional Needs Assessment was that local families are not aware of the healthcare options available to them.
